Orcish politics fluctuate in a spectrum between anarchy and loosely confederated tribes. Without exception, whenever an Orcish leader rises to any semblance of power, it is always by sheer force. These leaders don't typically demand obedience, but any challenge, however remote, to their limited power, is met with swift anger and retribution. A fierce Orc named Qmpek is currently the spokesorc for the tribes.
