and i can't tell if i'm sad or

if i'm cold

i tend to fade in and out sometimes

is that okay

or will i need to be replaced

i'll reside inside myself as long as

i can keep the waking world

i'd break my hand against a wall

if nobody would have to fix it

one onion short of a temporary friend
