Entries are usually made in the form of a manual. However, they may not (and probably do not) follow official conventions.
The entries are named after the topic.
The entries assume a level of familiarity with their subject that is stated at their start. (e.g. "This entry assumes you know how to read and what an entry is.")
There are annotations at the end of each entry.
If you follow anything written and something goes wrong, it is your and only your responsibility. Remember that.
