I've done some cleaning up and made my posting flow a little better behind the scenes. I've gone back and forth on whether or not I want to try using a site generator or take the trade-off of doing more things manually to keep the software setup as simple as possible. For now I'm doing most everything manually. I have a staging directory where I can get things written and files placed where I want them and then when I'm happy with it I rsync the directory to the gmnisrv serving directory to make it live. I have made an easy to remember and type bash alias for that rsync command. I am trying out gemfeed to add an atom feed to my gemlog but it is misbehaving slightly. It says that it will skip the index.gmi if it finds one but my index.gmi is showing up in my atom feed for some reason. I can manually remove it after I generate the feed each time or I could just write my atom feed by hand... I may end up just writing it by hand because if I go back and fix mistakes on an older post it will jump it to the newest entry which is not desirable.
In other news I've added a couple Atari 2600 games to my homebrew page and I'm working on some more to add in the next few days.
