Well, I found these as I'm experimenting on developing my own application for Palm:
— Perl library to interact with PDB and PRC files
— Python library if you like the snake better than the camel ;-)

semi related, I downloaded a ham radio tracker app that came with its own little windows program to read its PDB files and I'm surprised I haven't seen more of that

Are there any good guides/tools/etc. for dealing with pdb files, ideally outside of the Palm itself? Like any tools for converting data to/from pdb? Between using my Palm devices and daydreaming about coding for them, I keep thinking about how I don't necessarily want data that is "trapped" on the Palm itself and I'm curious about how various pdb files can be converted to other formats and what they look like.
