Duplicate page when submitting empty query string? — When starting today's game, the response was duplicated (see attachment). Otherwise everything worked normally. It does say "empty query string" in the second part, perhaps that's a clue. I'm still keeping my auto-prompt setting on so the first "farkle/app" will have an empty query string on it.
