Hello everyone. Hope you are okay, it's been a rough year for most of us.

I've been meaning to start a gemlog for a while now. My original intention was to create a blog over at writefreely but later I got introduced to gemini, this new, very interesting and minimal internet protocol. Now unlike some of the gemini users I'm not one of those people who absolutely hate modern web, I think modern web is great even if it's future at the moment looks a bit grim with Chromium market share. However I decided to go with gemini as I love it's minimal and community driven nature. I love browsing gemsites on my terminal without it looking like garbage! Who am I tho? Well I'm a teen who likes FOSS, decentralization, minimal computing, gaming (of course) and music. In other words for the most part I'm your typical Mastodon user. I won't cover these topics as much in my gemlog as I believe there

are more than enough gemlogs and phlogs with this type of content out there. Here I want to mainly post about my opinions on current gaming landscape and retro / indie games I enjoy as I didn't encounter many gemsites and gemlogs that cover these topics. I will also talk about my other interests, but currently I want gaming to be my main focus. That's enough for now I think, I'm looking forward to this. Thank you for reading, if today is your birthday happy birthday, have great day or a peaceful sleep and take care :)
