I treat Star Wars like a buffet.
OT. Rogue One. Andor. That's all that really matters to me. Of these, I only rewatch Andor. The Prequels are like the appendicies to LOTR. Rarely do I watch them, and only for the lore. Nothing else registers for me as important.
There has been a lot of controversy surrounding Disney Star Wars lately. FTA and TLJ were such turns off for me that I never watched TRS. But the final judgment on these films isn't up to me. It's up to the 20 year olds who were 10 when TFA came out. It lives or dies with them.

OT = Original Trilogy.
LOTR = Lord of the Rings
FTA = The Force Awakens (misspelled that one)
TLJ = The Last Jedi
TRS = The Rise of Skywalker
Empire is definitely the best of the OT. Andor is on par with Empre, imo. It's a 9.5/10.

It's funny, I don't even know what most of the abbreviations are! I'm an orig-trig person too having been a kid when some of them came out. I still think Empire is my favorite one. And the best bit of starwars media I've seen in a long time was Empire UnCut. I'd love to know if they're still trying to make Jedi UnCut but it's ben so long I assume the project has stalled. New Hope UnCut was ok but they really got it down in Empire and it's on YouTube if you've not seen it. · 2 weeks ago
