Implemented for v1.17.

When I select text with an input devices and move the pointer down the page to select the whole page, the viewport won't scroll. Which means the whole page cannot be selected if some content is hidden. And there's also no shortcut to select the whole page. Lagrange 1.15.9 on macOS 13.3.1
