Arrowverse In Chronological Order

The Arrowverse is great not because it was top-notch all the time or had the highest budget, but because when it had its great moments, it was truly great. It introduced the multiverse to the mainstream before Marvel. The 3 main leads of Grant Gustin, Stephen Amell, and Kara Danvers has exceptional chemistry. It has a lot of crossovers that connected every single show in the Arrowverse. It had an exceptional continuity, better than most franchises have. It felt like a cohesive universe, and it had a lot of heart and humanity. It made you feel for the characters and their relationships, and it was able to do all of this with a low budget and inconsistent writing. For these reasons, many people I think would agree that the Arrowverse overall was significantly better than the DCEU.

Arrowverse wasn't like the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and it didn't have unrelatable and boring characters that are overused time and time again, and *that's* why it was good - it was the Marvel that Marvel wasn't giving us most of the time and that DC had neglected in the DCEU. The people felt like actual people with real connections. They weren't superheroes with human qualities, they were humans with superhero qualities. Those in the Arrowverse were all humans first and gained hero abilities through training, technology, or being hit by a lightning strike. These types of heros are usually Marvel heroes, but Marvel was too busy giving us DC-like heroes, so Arrowverse provided them for us.

If you want MCU, watch DCEU. If you want yet another 5 millionth Batman movie, then watch DCEU. If you want heroes that feel like actual people with real connections within the same universe, watch the Arrowverse.

Below is the timeline of every Arrowverse Show. They can be watched from Netflix atm, but in 2027-2028, they may be moved over to HBO Max or some other service, once Netflix's deal expires.
