Late at night in London I saw this office building with all the lights on even though everyone who worked there had long since left. There's a dystopian metaphor of some sort. It's is a machine for work, idle but ever ready.
The image is a bit wonky, but I like the hand-held-ness of it. I like the brick chimneys of Victorian houses intruding into the modernity. I like how the outlines of objects on the desks and the random placing of chairs is fighting against the rigid grid.
