Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Ingredients
- Pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of chili powder
- Pinch of garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Melt Margarine/Butter in a bowl
- Mix pumpkin seeds into the butter
- Spread a single layer of pumpkin seeds onto cookie sheet
- Put salt, chili powder, and garlic powder on seeds, making sure not to overseason them
- Bake seeds for 40-50 minutes or until crispy and golden brown
