A woman has appeared at Derry Magistrates Court charged with stealing a
bank card, assault and making threats to kill.
Niamh Doyle (29) of Rockmills in Derry was charged with the offences
that were alleged to have place on July 6 in Rockmills.
Defence solicitor Paddy MacDermott said that his client no longer had
an address at Rockmills and asked for bail to an address approved by
the PSNI.
Bail was agreed to an address approved by police and she was released
under the conditions that she refrain from consuming alcohol in public,
have no contact with the victim and stay away from Rockmills.
She will appear again on July 17.
