description: A simple note of my dear diary, a netizen of the tilde universe with simple static webspace.

Welcome to my tilde.club webspace.
My curiosity of the place beyond web apps leads me to discover *tildeverse*. In short words, tilde is the symbol of `$HOME` directory on linux based systems.
The *tilde* is a breath of fresh air in the middle of web apps and heavy websites. The *tilde* is where `$HOME` far from home is built.
This tilde space, i.e. tilde.club is actually one of my attempts in building a personal webspace for mydeardiary.
I've gathered information about this tilde space, i.e. tilde.club. This tilde space runs on Fedora, with 8 vCPUs, and 30 GiB of memory. Here is the output of `neofetch` command.
mydeardiary@tilde.club ---------------------- OS: Fedora Linux 38 (Thirty Eight) x86_64 Host: VMware Virtual Platform None Kernel: 6.5.10-200.fc38.x86_64 Uptime: 56 days, 20 hours, 40 mins Packages: 2401 (rpm) Shell: bash 5.2.21 Resolution: 1280x800 Terminal: /dev/pts/1 CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X (8) @ 3.693GHz GPU: 00:0f.0 VMware SVGA II Adapter Memory: 10061MiB / 30030MiB
Regarding the disk quota, it is not strictly enforced. So users have to use common sense regarding fair use of this shared webspace. For the sake of curiosity, here is the output of `df -h` as of `2024-01-30T02:53:19+00:00`.
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on /dev/mapper/fedora-root 546G 439G 107G 81% /
Alright, so here we have a lvm disk with 81% of capacity. No problem here, since I will only host small static website written in markdown and converted to html using tool already installed on this system.
As an added bonus, this tilde webspace has both ipv4 and ipv6 available. So in terms of internet connection, this tilde provides access to both ipv4 and ipv6. And the network speed is great.
With the vast resource of this tilde space, I will set up this place as my first webspace to show at my Ko-Fi page.
