Another cold, grey, damp day, but thankfully not raining as I went out for my daily ride. Down along the railway, up through the suburbs, then home along Scotchmans Creek. Hardly anything of note on the first two thirds, then the usual suspects along the creek in the damp and cool. Currawong[1] and Magpies[2] calling from up in the trees, sometimes visible as they flew around. Ubiquitous Noisy miners[3] being noisy from the scrub and lower branches. There seemed to be hardly any waterbirds around in the Huntingdale wetlands — perhaps its been so wet that they've dispersed around the place and don't need to concentrate here.
