A long ride today after a shorter day of work; out to the end of the Djerring trail and down Dandenong creek & Patterson river past endless waterbirds. Two pairs of waders flew over, or maybe it was one pair twice that had circled around behind the trees. I *think* that they're the Pied stilt that I saw last time I was down this way. Endless White ibis[2] and a small flock of pelicans[3] and that's all I can remember of note
