Another few days missed and retrospectively filled out, brief notes for the 19th-22nd filled out on the 23rd.
Riding over to Jells Park to join the extended family for a picnic, strange almost tropical weather with it being warm with complete cloud cover and the threat of rain. Took the most direct route which is straight along a multi-lane road, very little trees or greenery around. Between the Monash freeway and Brandon park shops it started to rain and both the Galahs[1] and Rainbow lorikeets[2] were going absolutely crazy, screeching at the top of their lungs and swooping back and forth in the rain.
