goal and efforts arent seperate

duality of goal and efforts mindset

anxiety of achieving goal fast makes you quiet efforts

ultimately stopping you from taking steps towards finishing goal.

The term must be understood. -- its finishing goal and achieving it.

meaning you start somewhere to finish it.

that makes you in somewhere in the process of enjoying it.

take for a example reading a book scenario:

you start reading a book page by page.
and when you reach to the last page you can say you finished it.

thats how goals are. when you put yourself to do efforts and action in doing it you are getting closer to finish the last page. where you can say you finally achieved it but the fact even when you 10% done it you were still quailified to say that you achieving it day by day.

be like caterpillar it eats the meal slowely and in chunks day by day. until one day it gets enough and now it goes to rest for quiet a lot time in its shell to let its body transform to the butterfly.

whereas if you take look at snake. it eats it host wholy. and dissolved it in the stomach.
you can see no snake with flying in the sky right. so do be like snake who try to eat wholy. be like catterpillar slowely and consistent for beatiful transforamtion and ability to fly from being crawler.
