Theoretically possible
Minecraft is proprietary and as of relatively recently will completely break mods even on minor version changes. (A lot of mods also only ever get a single version and never get updated again)
Minetest isn't a game and it's not a good game engine either. (Pick one, guys!! Either it's a Minecraft clone or it's a game engine, de-hardcode stuff like the health system, player physics, the weird hand-tool-thing, etc.!!)
Theoretically possible, although WASM is an absolute pain in the flaming arse to parse out of its binary format
The Steam client for Linux is HORRIFICALLY BROKEN. For months, anything with a CEF surface was given its own broken X11 window. As of a few days ago (2024-05-09) it straight up refuses to run at all because steamwebhelper can't start properly.
A lot of people give Steam a pass because it's "benevolent" proprietary software, though Valve's recent behavior with the Linux client shows that just being "benevolent" isn't enough.
Just something that takes in sexprs and is programmable
