Say what you want about the archaicness of the priesthood, but Father Robert Ballecer is a legit geek.
He is a recurring guest on TWiT and a show host in his own right. Once you get past the strangeness of a tech priest (a REAL techhy, not the guy who figured out “save as webpage” in Word), another notable thing about him is that his search engine of choice is Bing. He says he gets better results (I assume he means better than Google).
And he’s been saying that since long before the Bing/OpenAI partnership.
I can’t quite bring myself to use Bing because I don’t want my searches tracked. I prefer to stay behind DDG.
