There was an invasion of the Wood Sea, by the Shadows again. Lantashi was infected with a strange disease while fighting the Shadows (I think she was actually possessed, but I'm just a human, so what do I know?), and I have been caring for her, bringing her back to health. Lantashi is technically only half-Sylvan, and the Shadows are particularly good at infecting humans.
Things are getting back on track though. Lantashi has informed me to quit fussing over her, and get back to either writing about her, or work on the sci-fi stories. Another section will be uploaded in the next couple of days :)
You don't want an angry Sylvan woman on your hands!! Especially a red-headed one.
I use Emacs a lot, but I also enjoy writing in Markdown language. I am giving Ghostwriter a spin, just to see what I think of it. Emacs is heavy - it does *a lot*. Ghostwriter is only for writing Markdown language, and of course whatever you want to write about is up to you. I like the minimalist interface.
I am probably going to integrate it into my writing. While Manuskript is my #1 tool when I'm actually laying out stories, and doing serious writing, I am going to try my 'quick thoughts', and 'quick scenes' in Ghostwriter, and see if I prefer that to Emacs.
For programming, I'm sticking to Emacs. I need to get back to my adventure program (Lantashi's Dungeon) again.
