I'm not sure which is worse: Cliff Nazarro doing his worst Groucho Marx impression, or the interminable scene where Snuffy rides the rocket around. It's flying horizontally through the sky, and yet there's a constant slide whistle loop! Why??
Also, a random lady mule inexplicably appears to distract the army mule from winning the race???
I feel sorry for anyone who had to be in this, and especially sorry for anyone else who decided to watch it.
