Today I'm in a good mood.

• Japanese class was full of blunders on my end but it only made me feel excited at the prospect of learning.
• We talked about boardgames in therapy and it helped me worked through the feeling that I was too invested in my online personas.

I still have the rest of the afternoon and evening to go, but it feels good to have a good day.
