calico doom fluff needs a friend
even abstaining, no playing with pay-per-floof
wandering out into wilderness some arbitrary measure
where a spot of tuna sandwich proofs the forest
warming up a sunny spot, laying back
meowing endlessly, hoping what arrives
doesn ��t mind that indoors offer
whiskers that tick, a clock
a brush of thought in greeting
sun almost down into piney dusk
seventy-seven legs leaving sucker dots
each holding for half a second
sharp end munching tuna
calico doom fluff needs a friend
and back up t ��retired farm
if you fancy a deal
I ��ve many a meal
