A Seaside Holiday

in those merry late September days
the texts arrive by bunches
explaining as the dog displays
the things they ��ll eat for lunches
it ��s not as though they ��ve missed their lunch
they ��ve had kibble in good order
but apples, crabs and seaweed bunches
got hoovered by the border
so next upon the walkabout a run
to joggle all the guts of wonder
that doggis dear who ��s had their fun
will evacuate their tum in thunder
before into the house they stride
and lay it all so wide before us
