we took great pride
in our anatomical correctness
leaves of confusion
seed duff in layers
mycology enforestation
pickling treasures below us
a thousand wondering pilgrims
dragging feet
each temple canopy
drinking skirl unwavering
rendering our perfect selections
in sun ��s sine
in reductive absurdity
an utterance of perfection
every transitory status gated
every gate overrun
pilgrims stepping abstract
pointing with utter confidence
that one there, and only that one
is just right
nothing found
nothing restrained
every grove a witness
pilgrim ��s egress
