customer comes in very irate, bongos hanging to their side
slams a slip of paper on the counter, starts yelling
I ordered dram of the resurrection, and this ��
they wave their bongos, beautifully finished, tuned
a work of weeks in rare woods and finest skin ��
is not even slightly funny
behind the counter, my apprentice shies sideways
sees me, waves me over, says in a higher than usual voice ��
my manager will see you now
good kid, but they ��ve got a ways to come on customer service
still �� you ��ll speak to my apprentice with dignity and respect
lest I assume more ill of you than I already do
you must in declaration be specific in your purchase
as the contract clearly reflects, verifying every aspect of your order
