voices, voices then, in the dark
your dreams are not enough, child
come to us in emptiness, and know ��
of course dreams aren ��t enough
that would be boring, and how
how would you walk the worlds
without going back and forth
a bit of politeness would go a long way
and know what
it ��s talking to us
that hasn ��t happened before
you ��re talking, why shouldn ��t I
and if this is your idea of a dream
I ��m a bit embarrassed, it ��s all drab and boring
shouldn ��t you have a bit of
flowers, or kittens, or something
emotional substrate isn ��t just rudness
you ��ve gotta have self-control
it ��s talking to us
and it ��s aware
really �� of course I ��m aware
here I am, after all, and if you ��re speaking
here you are �� how can you have a conversation
if you don ��t talk to someone paying attention
�� and know secrets beyond your understanding
despair unto ��
look, if they ��re beyond my understanding
maybe you have other secrets
it wouldn ��t be polite to accuse you of lying
but �� maybe you ��re just mistaken
and I ��ve no use for despair
why don ��t you keep that
or just let it go
despair is bad for people
uh, right, look, here ��s a bunch of secrets
and upon awaking, uh, yeah, strength and skill
beyond �� are you sure this is the right kid
it ��s looking at us funny
oh, you ��re the rocks
wouldn ��t you rather be cute kittens
maybe a tabby and a grey, with good eyes
augh �� what �� mew
mew mew hnrgh how did you do that child
don ��t you even know what a dream is
maybe you need different secrets
but come on, let ��s hit wakeside
I ��ll give you some cream
you can join the others
