when speaking of terrible things in chamber spaces
the words we don ��t want to hear are overpressure
and cavitation resonance, which sounds �� well
a bit like something you ��d expect of the bomb squad
sure, one bad boom in a confined place
will make utter paste out of your day
send the folks over in geological hydrodynamics
with their hydraulic slippage and plate shear
tamping the cave diviner ��s cuckoo insertion
one unfortunate fault at a time, irregular clockwork
spinning up, letting go, averaging out
flowstone split six miles on from where it left off
but the overpressure we don ��t hear, silted up solace
is silence in balance, under pressure sipped to destress
distresses, raked superstrings in shorn tresses wilting
entire sheaf breaches branched, how where you are
here, now, in furrow fallow, or hollowed, is chamber
sift-instant, shift-instance, to body-problem
choice insistence or resistance itself chosen
laying those topological fields �� imprecision
a variance treasure between states, being
nest ��s self, self-inserted, speaking that terrible being
every evidence provenance to previous instantiation
cloud-state self-refractive, a slap on the glass
