To Learn By Absence

we know �� don ��t we �� the goal is to serve
to provide information such that people can learn
and find ourselves told, endless
that access to method n requires a specificity
while not even checking that methods a-m
have any level of specification match at all
we have laws, rules, orders, that say
make sure this specific group gets served
at least this tiny bit �� because they weren ��t
