when the call comes to go over the line
it ��s not as though there ��s time to get into position
to remake yourself into expectations
you ��ve either already become that thing
or like the sparrow, burnt of wing
spin one last plummeting glory
come young, then
get the wire in, cut your ghost from your skin
twist the plasm ��s walk, talk ��s cadence
manufacture tells of nothing
live in layers
call us what you will, but home again never comes
once stepped into hiver time, it ��s always over the line
no differentiation but will between seconds
no enumeration but will counting reckonings
and years along
clever bugger in green
says home, girl, come home
son, you gotta come back in
and if you say, well
doc, I blend
clever bugger says you don ��t gotta blend
you just gotta live, not play normal, just be
sounds like blend to me, heat the hive a touch more
not be that sparrow, incandescent sting
struck unto shore
