the greatcoat is a canvas brute
making of me comfort bound
making of my enemy
an estimate gone wrong
behind the rain and oiled hat
behind the industry of walk
behind the shotgun and the straps
a comfort and a hound
ah the hunting here does not stand out
and ah, the burden's lifted
requisite behind the rain
a drier composed spirit
and the greatcoat is a canvas muzzle
making of me human bound
my warmth and armament and need
concealed hunger and my breed
