March 2002
mostly women are irritating
mostly men are dumb
strange you see it seems to me
to have a day for either one
but for my wife, my lovely wife
the one for whom I live
I would that I could every day
celebrate and be with
and if this rhyme should fail
or come out sounding sad
lonely husband waits for you
with all the days he has
he isn't sure when things will reach
that special reuniting point
impatient husbands and yoshiks too
find it hard to wait
so on that day of days for you
a specially prickly kiss
and a cuddle and muddle of husbands' hair
that you can shave right off
