for in my strongest second - I finished
shell creature knowing no comfort - empty of promise
reveling in the destruction of self that is both boredom and power
for in my strongest moment I was dying
drinking what burning remained in entropic justification
delivering cleaner and purer little deaths
preparing for oblivion
there is no sure truth in being and doubt
without your calm I progressed only towards recursion
furrows bending upon the weals - flushing stronger meaner power
towards center flesh where tears long ago stopped running -
to live without sorrow - passion cried out - whence gone is your remorse
little breaths of aging alone
manic, scourging
compassion embraced within feathered thorns
such atrocities I remember
