I think doing any kind of two-way sync will be pretty tricky but you might be able to get something working with the pilot-link tools. There are programs for extracting and pushing notes, memos etc.. that can be used in scripts.

Got interested in Palm again after reading some stuff here on Gemini. Dug out my old Tungsten E to find the screen about 25% dead, still booted up though! I spent a large portion of my childhood writing code with OnboardC and the folding Palm keyboard while on car trips.
