Moved to spellbinding.tilde.cafe NUTOYA-B

The former home of SpellBinding has been deteriorating at an alarming rate. I've been unable to log in at all, and all connectivity has been lost at this point. The old game will be shut down soon.

I moved the game to:

ABBOT ABOUT ABUT ATTABOY BABA BABOON BABY BANANA BANYAN BAOBAB BATBOY BATON BATTY BAYOU BOAT BOBBY BONBON BONNY BONOBO BONY BOOB BOOBY BOON BOOT BOOTY BONNY BONY BOTANY BOUNTY BOUT BUNNY BUNT BUOY BUOYANT BUTT BUTTON BUTTONY BUYOUT NANOBOT NOBBY NOOB OUTBUY TABBY TABOO TOBY TUBA TUBBY UNBAN UNBUTTON

This was the biggest puzzle yet! BUOYANT was the pangram. I find it really hard to spell, along with BUOY.

Let's start with BOTANY (not BUTTONY - like a BUTTON or covered with buttons): BAOBAB and BANYAN are giant trees of, respectively, Africa, and India/Pakistan. BANANAs are favorites of BONOBOs and BABOONs, but not a good food for a BUNNY, or a TABBY cat.

You may see a BOBBY (policeman in Britain) swinging a BATON; stay away. Speaking of BATONs, BATBOY takes care of baseball bats, and is not a superhero - although in crazy american tabloids, this half-bat half-boy makes a frequent appearance...

I will not speak of BOOTY, BUTT or BOOB/BOOBY today, for it's a TABOO. ATTABOY, stacksmith -- your BABA would be proud, and give you a BONBON. But I will say that I find it odd that ABUT only has one T.

BONY is a more common form of BONEY - I always thought it was BONEY... BONNY (mostly British) is attractive, fine, excellent. NOBBY is chic, smart.

TOBY is a particularly idiotic word, and is usually 'toby jug', defined by M-W as "a small jug, pitcher, or mug shaped somewhat like a stout man with a cocked hat for the brim". Amusing, no? Wait: from dictionary.com: "a mug in the form of a stout old man wearing a three-cornered hat." Gah. I had missed BOOTBOY, "a servant who shines boots, especially at a hotel". Another gah. We speak the language of the opressor.

On that note, I call it another day.
