=,+ (numeric pad) Scrolls the hiliting 1 instrument down (*)
- Scrolls the hiliting 1 instrument up (*)

(*) These keypresses can be used with modifiers, each of which are listed in
their order of priority below (NOTE: pressing the modifiers while clicking on
the + and - buttons would have exactly the same effect too)

Control Scrolls the instrument list window and not the hiliting by
1 step (You can also apply the next 3 modifiers in this
case. Doing this while clicking on the scroll buttons does
                   the same thing)
Shift Scrolls the hiliting in increments of a specific number of
steps (Default = 4, see also the Option modifier)
Open Apple Moves you to either the first or last instrument

                                  functions from inheriting stereo panning
properties with the exception for Stereo
panning. (Leave it on if you dunno what
                                  you're doing :)
f,F Flip all Left channel outputs to Right and vice versa

table each time a panning effect is used)

(*) NOTE: These functions have priorities of execution, going from the
highest priority down to the lowest (A higher priority function
would cancel out the effect of the lower ones and you are probably
already aware of in the CDA if you're observant enough ;) ...

Stereo panning: This allows some PC MODs to do their gnarly stereo
                           panning effects

Loudness: Makes your normal MODs sound louder

Balanced output: Makes the original channel sound ~93.0% as loud
as it should be and duplicates it at ~39.8% on the
opposing channel (Sonic Blaster owners should try
this besides playing with Track volume controls)
