2024-05-19 Profectus Beta 1.2

Profectus Beta 1.2 comes with the following changes:

Add settings.json file in user-specific config directory
macOS .app bundle support
Themes are read from the OS's user-specific config directory. On first startup, the config directory for profectus is created and the bundled themes are placed inside it.
Default fonts are bundled in the binary.
All Scroll Protocol success status codes (20-29) are supported. This was a recent addition to the Scroll Protocol to add UDC categoriztion.

The config directory is in the following places for each platform:

`$HOME/.config/profectus` or `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/profectus` on Linux
`%%APPDATA%%/profectus` on Windows
`$HOME/Library/Preferences/profectus` on macOS
