i want to start copying recipes that i have made multiple times and have

modified each time i make them. sometimes the notes to yourself are useful too.

more importantly, i hate it when i end up losing a recipe, or the website goes

away. i also like to copy down the parts that are actually useful for cooking

as it gets annoying to load a bunch of additional videos and images and ads

when i really just want to get to the recipe.
