We have just enabled Notifications in the Sequel app. Press the bell button in the top menu to check it out. Now you can be up to date with TMMs of your posts and see if someone joined or left your bubbles. More alert types are on the way 😉

Good evening, folks. We have rolled out live updates for notifications and spark/bubble/world timelines. Now you won't miss any action in your favourite bubbles! 🤗 Also, every time somebody TMMs your post or joins your bubbles, you will be notified almost instantly. Enjoy! 😸

Dear Sequel citizens & friends, we are delighted to add one more essential feature to the Sequel app. Now you can leave comments for posts and start a discussion without affecting the main bubble timeline. If you comment on somebody's post, they will receive a notification.

Dear Residents,
Version 0.12.0 is out! The main feature is Marketplace Releases. Now digital art creators can group primary listings into a release, also known as a 'drop' in crypto communities of Red Dust. You may keep the release private until it's ready to be activated. For now, releases are only available in read-only mode in the App.

Sequel team's focus for the rest of the year is building a reacher interface with the Fediverse. Our ActivityPub transmitters have been working very well, and the signal quality is strong 💪 . We are going to bring two universes even closer together by letting Fediverse dwellers to appear in Sequel, the same way as Sequel sparks can be seen in the Fediverse. We created a home world called 'Fediverse'. Soon, it will be inhabited by the free people of the Fediverse 🤝 🥰

Hi folks, this is the first post in our new #worldsofsequel series. I would like to present you a world called Project Entropia.
Here's what I learned. Project Entropia is the old name of an MMORPG game in Red Dust called Entropia Universe. A long time ago in a universe far, far away, the War Titan Typhon hit planet Calypso, putting an end to Project Entropia as the colonists knew it. Entropia Universe has recovered and thriving, but the shards of the old world still remain in their memories, long after their infomorphic images have been deleted.

It's not fair to force users to interact with the platform in just one way. It's not fair to have annoying pop-ups unless you allow yourself to be tracked. Sequel is different. You don't have to connect with your blockchain wallet, unless you want to. You don't have to tell us who you are if you just want to browse. You don't have to pay to have fun. It's one of Sequel's principles to always offer you a choice, as much as it's practically possible.

I invite you to check out the new version of Sequel App (v0.16.0) 🥰
Sparks that have a Creator role (ask DJ Jack if he would grant it in Tokens of Sequel bubble) will be able to access Digital Art Studio and Marketplace Releases. With the Studio, you can create and offer Digital Art for sale directly from the app!
This version also includes several bug fixes:
- Allow editing posts without mentions
- Empty post body when editing posts in GMI & MD formats
- Bubble membership not refreshed after joining
- Upload of the same file twice doesn't work

Sequel App v0.17.0 is out! The main feature of this release is the Reader Mode. If you would like to see the timeline of a bubble/spark/world as if you were reading a diary, in chronological order, without any distractions, the Reader Mode is a way to do it. In fact, this is the way it works in the Sequel's Gemini interface (gemini://sequel.space). Try it out by selecting Reader Mode in the bubble/spark/world's context menu.
This release also contains the following updates and bug fixes:
- Post not visible after publishing
- Make IndexedDB stored data spark specific
- Handling of duplicate images in the same post
- Fix author visualisation on individual post page

Dear Friends,
We have released Sequel App v0.18.0. It contains several new features, including:
- The users can now insert NFTs from over 220 NFT platforms on Flow as avatars, post media, etc. using the amazing [NFT Catalog](https://github.com/onflow/nft-catalog). If you own an NFT on Flow, you may use it almost anywhere in Sequel where images are allowed.
- If you forgot your password, use the new password recovery option in the app to regain access to your account.
- An ability to report inappropriate or illegal content.
- Show Updated At date for edited posts.
Also, we included the following bug fixes:
- Fix a JavaScript error when saving an edited post
- Fix Flow network name retrieval
- Update header images after spark/bubble/world edit operations
- Fix external redirects to pages in Sequel
