Been up and down a lot lately. There's been a few really tough moments this month that have triggered a lot of fatigue crashes. I'm doing the best I can, but it's getting frustrating that it feels like I'm never making any actual progress on recovery or even understanding my limitations and setting appropriate boundaries around them. Boundaries applied to myself so that I can stay feeling okay and maybe have a chance at recovery.
