Re: "The creator of a poll should see the votes without having..."
A sufficient workaround for now is to just deactivate one's client certificate and the poll will appear with results shown.
Would of course be more convenient to have a signed-in option for this as well.

Thanks @jmjl but I did this slightly differently so that the poll author can both see the results and still vote themselves, too. You can close your 'polls-make-creator-always-see-results' branch.
Will be included in v6.14.
If it's a question, which poll creators cannot answer themselves, a fake vote will skew the results.
