Recently after uploading a long multi-paragraph post with the 'Add long text' feature, I was unable to edit it.
Unless I did something wrong, this severely limits the usefulness of Titan uploading.
I don't think it would be that hard to break up the text into paragraphs, and assuming each paragraph is of a reasonable size, allow normal editing functionality. This can be done during initial ingestion or when the user pulls it for editing, depending on how BBS stores data...
What do you think?

I assume you mean pushing the data to be edited back to the user via Titan? I'd like this as well. In the meantime I just copy the posted text and reupload. Not ideal but I'm not sure of a way around it.

@gritty: pulling data back would work too. I actually was thinking of breaking the text up and using the built-in paragraph editor, but yeah, your way is probably simpler and better.

@stack, the only way to edit a long text uploaded via Titan is to use Titan to do the edits. This is already supported in Bubble, although the usability is a bit lacking. After you have uploaded your long text, click on the long segment's "Edit text" action as usual, but then you have to enter one of the "special commands" that are explained on the Bubble Help page. In practice, you would either:

That is correct and already implemented some time ago. You can go to your Settings and enable "Auto-split paragraphs in composer". That will then break every paragraph line into its own segment, enabling most of them to be editable via the Paste Preceding Line method. This affects both Gemini and Titan uploads.
Note that the composer's "Move/actions" also has split and merge actions nowadays, for manually splitting and merging text segments. The manual splitting allows you to take an existing long text segment and split it into short texts (possibly) editable via Gemini.
I made a little script that gets a raw segment, opens an editor and uploads it back, the upside of this approach is I don't have to use a client which supports titan (like I can use amfora, (yes I should find something different)), but yeah the special commands are nice if I'm not at my PC (I might be on lagrange on my phone).
