He's done a lot of good work fighting for the Right to Repair, and his ongoing fight with New York City bureaucracy (even years after he moved to Texas or Florida) is truly amusing (and familiar). And no doubt he is technically very knowlegeable and, usually, good at diagnosing and fixing electronics.
