llamechat protocol
the idea is that i would come up with a simple standard that is to slack/discord as mastodon is to twitter. it would be federated and easy enough to implement, making sure the protocol is the bare minimum required for all the features, and encouraging self-signing like gemini with http(s)
i still have never gotten a final version of the documentation or a single server complete past very basic functionality. yet, it is still an idea that i have interest in
