A look at easy to use HTML tools (not raw text editors)
~ Empty lines are input as <br> (manual set paragraphs)
~ Includes <head> tags
Cons
- No font previews in the font menu
Seems to be a fleshed out fork of the SeaMonkey composer

Cons
- Last updated 2010
There are so many online HTML editors out there fighting for a similar domain name
(HTM, no L)
Seems pretty good, don't know if it's open source or not. I would prefer a local program instead of a webpage, though.
Markdown can be written for the main purpose of converting to HTML. Markdown is similar to Gemini's Gemtext (.gmi) format but with more formatting features such as bold, underline and italics but uses a different format for links.
Pros
+ Live preview
Cons
- Can't do double (enter key) lines
Good for converting your Gemini pages to HTML, but much more limited than using the Markdown converter.

First markdown-to-html website that came up on my search
Broke emojis but it worked better than expected
