Edenderry Music Festival is bigger than ever before and is back on June
28, 29 and 30 at Edenderry GAA Grounds with marquee cover.
Catch electrifying tribute acts like Qween, Trevor Smith & Friends in
Low Places, and Ruaile Buaile plus many more. Tickets are selling fast
and available at Ticketstop.ie from €16 for day tickets and weekend
tickets are also available.
The festival is renowned as one of the largest festivals in the
Midlands, offering great entertainment and a vibrant atmosphere for
music lovers and festival-goers alike.
Throughout the weekend, there will be fantastic local artists
supporting the acts, adding to the excitement and entertainment.
Edenderry Festival is set to ignite the stage and captivate audiences
with a diverse range of genres. From the explosive energy of rock and
roll to the hypnotic beats of traditional Irish music, there's a sonic
treat for every music enthusiast. Friday, June 28: Ruaile Buaile will
be performing on stage. Ruaile Buaile are an Irish based five piece
twisted-trad band, based in the midlands of Ireland.
The group formed in 2011. In 2021, world renowned musician Cathal
Guinan (Fiddle) joined the band, followed by Seán Bourke (banjo) in
2023. Along with original members Niall Kelly (vocals and guitar), Jack
Godley (percussion) and Shane Lynam (vocals and bass), the quintet are
entertaining audiences with a bigger than ever sound. From upbeat old
Irish favourites, ground thumping trad, and unique twists on recent day
classics, this collective are bringing their energy to masses around
Ireland and further afield.
Saturday, 2 promises to be a big day of entertainment at the festival,
with the Ultimate Garth Brooks Experience and Qween tribute taking to
the stage. Garth Brooks Tribute (Friends in Low Places) by Trevor Smith
and his iconic 8-piece band will take to the stage for an incredible
show, performing all your favorite Garth Brooks hits.
Qween tribute promises to be an electrifying homage to the legendary
band Queen. Qween is renowned as one of the best tribute bands in their
field.
Sunday, 30 looks set to be an amazing family fun day with free
admission. Bouncy castles, a children's fun fair, a children's comedy
show, music, party games and special cartoon guests. There will also be
stalls, inflatables, mini games, sweets, a children’s funfair, a boxing
showcase and lots of colour.
The Festival has moved to the Edenderry GAA grounds to facilitate a
giant marquee. Edenderry Festival 2024 is proudly sponsored by SSE
