Oven pancake

Ingredients - serves 1 11' pancake (like a small pizza)

½ cup all purpose flour
3 eggs
½ cup milk
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt

Instructions

Preheat oven at 450℉ (=230℃ )
In a medium sized bowl whisk the eggs, milk, 2 Tbsp melted butter, salt and sugar.
Add the flour and stir until incorporated being careful not to overmix.
Add 1 Tbsp melted butter to the bottom of a 9 or 11 inch cast iron skillet.
Pour the batter into a skillet and bake for 12-18 minutes or just until the edges start to brown.
Top with desired toppings.
