I made my first Gemini-sourced recipe yesterday: a walnut granola I found at breadpunk.club in a post by Nico.
Now, I'm not a huge fan of coconut oil, but in this recipe it really works. The cinnamon, maple-syrup, almond butter, and coconut oil all smelled incredible in the oven and the finished granola made a nice porridge topping this morning.
