Chicken with almonds

Ingredients

chicken 400g
almonds 30g
soy 50ml
ketchup 30g
maizena (corn starch) 1 tea spoon
olive oil 20ml
salt
pepper

Steps

Use ceramic jar if available and the MamboMix spoon
Add olive oil and set to 120deg, strength 6, 1min
Add chicken in small bits with salt and pepper, set to 120deg, strength 6, 7 minutes. Stir every ~2min
Add ketchup, maizena, soy and almonds, set to 100deg, strength 4, speed 1, 5min

Any chicken or turkey will do, preferably legs
Not much salt, soy is salty
